The Roe Highway Logistics Park was the winner of the Environmental
Excellence Award at the recent 2022 UDIA National Awards.
Incorporating a range
of sustainability initiatives, the park, developed by Hesperia, is on
track to become the first carbon neutral industrial park in WA. It also
features the first 6-star Green Star accredited industrial
facility in the State.
